It has a large well-equipped kitchen/diner. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a bathroom with bath and shower over. Birdwatch Cottage has its own garden and enjoys super views over the fields to the river and woods.

It comprises a large open-plan living room with well-equipped kitchen, comfortable 3-piece suite and open fireplace. There are three bedrooms (one twin, one double and one adjoining bunk twin).
