Terms and Conditions
Bookings may be made by email, telephone, fax or letter. Bookings are held for 5 days to allow time for the booking form and deposit to arrive.

Please make cheques payable to Mrs C M Ashley.

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per cottage per week is due with the booking form to confirm reservation.

The balance is required 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Sorry, we do not take credit cards.

Last minute and short stay visits will be payable in full on booking.

Please inform us immediately if you have to cancel your holiday . If we are able to re-let the cottage for the same period your money will be repaid less the £50.00 deposit and an additional £20.00 administration charge. If we are unable to re-let the cottage, you will be liable for the full rent.

Bookings by persons under 18 years of age are not accepted.
