Birdwatch Cottage (sleeps 4)

A delightful two-storey detached stone-built cottage with lots of charm and character.
There is a comfortable lounge with open fireplace, exposed beams and arched windows.
It has a large well-equipped kitchen/diner. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one double, one twin ) and a bathroom with bath and shower.
Birdwatch Cottage has its own garden and enjoys super views over the fields to the river and woods.

  Fisherman’s Cottage (sleeps 6)

Full of charm and character, this single-storey cottage may be the oldest building on the Estate. It comprises a large living room with well-equipped kitchen, comfortable 3-piece suite and open fireplace. There are three bedrooms (one twin, one double and one adjoining bunk twin). The bathroom has both a bath and shower. The cottage has its own garden with views over fields to the river and woodland.

Heron and Swallow Cottages (each sleeps 4)

South-facing on to the open courtyard, these two cottages are side-by-side, ideal if two families wish to holiday together. Both are of similar design, each having two bedrooms (one double, one twin), pleasant living rooms with well-equipped kitchens; and bathrooms with both shower and bath. Both cottages have exposed beams in most rooms.
