and character, this single-storey cottage may be the oldest building on the
Estate. It comprises a large living room with well-equipped kitchen, comfortable
3-piece suite and open fireplace. There are three bedrooms (one twin, one double and one adjoining bunk twin). The bathroom has both a bath and shower.
The cottage has its own garden with views over fields to the river and woodland.
Heron
and Swallow Cottages (each sleeps 4)
South-facing
on to the open courtyard, these two cottages are side-by-side, ideal if two
families wish to holiday together. Both are of similar design, each having
two bedrooms (one double, one twin), pleasant living rooms with well-equipped
kitchens; and bathrooms with both shower and bath. Both cottages have exposed
beams in most rooms.
